Flow from application to the day of participation

• Application completed

  After your reservation is complete, an automatic e-mail reply will be sent to your e-mail address.
  If you don't receive anything from us within 30 minutes ~ 1 hour, the e-mail address provided may be incorrect or our e-mail address may be blocked on your end. In such case, please confirm your booking via our inquiry form.
  Your reservation will only be confirmed once we have sent a reply e-mail.
  If you have any changes in dates, number of participants, cancellations, etc., Please access your reservation details via the link provided in your “Reservation Confirmation Email” you received after booking to make changes to your registration information or cancel your reservation.

• On the day of activity participation

  The staff will pick you up at your accommodation. We will call the name of the representative, so please wait in the lobby at the time you told us in advance.
  For customers with rental cars, please come to the location provided in the e-mail.
  We will pick you up and send you in the order of the hotels. We apologize for the inconvenience, but depending on your accommodation, it may take longer than usual to arrive.
  Please check the timetable of the shuttle bus.

• Activity start

  After gathering at Guam Ocean Park, you will be asked to confirm the participating activities and pay the fee, and each activity will start.
  It may be cold depending on the weather, so it is recommended that you bring something to wear on your swimsuit at your own discretion.
  If you plan to add activities locally, you may bring your credit card or cash, but we ask that you manage your valuables.

• After the activity is over

  After the activity, you can play all day at the Guam Ocean Park facility.Items such as canoes, SUP, snorkel masks and floats are available.
  Soft drinks, alcoholic beverages, and light meal are available for purchase at our shop for you to enjoy.
  Buses heading back to the hotel are departing regularly, so please inquire us locally.
