About Online Reservation

  • When do I pay for the tour?

    Activity fees will be paid by credit card at the time of booking.

    Available credit cards are VISA, Master, JCB, Diners.

  • I haven't decided on a hotel yet, can I make a reservation?

    Of course it's okay. Please write "Hotel undecided" in the request column. Once you have decided on a hotel, please let us know the hotel name and the desired pick-up time.

  • How can I change or cancel the schedule?

    Please contact us from the inquiry.

  • Do I need to confirm my reservation after entering Guam?

    You do not need to contact us to confirm your reservation after entering Guam.

    We will send you a confirmation email when you make a reservation, so please bring it with you to confirm your reservation.

About Activity

  • What kind of clothes should I wear?

    It depends on the activity you participate in, but basically, please wear clothes that you can get wet, such as swimwear. Please bring an extra set of clothes; passengers cannot board the bus with wet clothes. You can also change clothes in the locker room.

    In addition, the sun may be strong, so it is safe to have a haori or rush guard.

  • Please tell me what I need to bring.

    Minimum cash (payment for activities, purchase of drinks and souvenirs, etc.), sunscreen, garments, towels to wipe your body.

    Depending on the weather, it may be cold or the sun may be strong, so it is recommended that you bring something to wear on your swimsuit at your own discretion.

    If you bring your credit card or cash, please manage it yourself, such as by depositing it in a locker. Please note that there is no guarantee against theft that occurs on the premises.

  • Can I add on more activities on-site?

    Yes, we gladly accept add-ons. Payments for any additional activity will be charged on-site. We accept cash or credit cards (VISA, Master, JCB, Diners).

    *Kindly be note that we do not accept Discover and Amex cards.

  • Will it be held even in the rain?

    It depends on the tour, but it will be held if it rains a little. Please note that even if it is not raining, it may be canceled depending on the sea level conditions on the day.

  • What to do in case of bad weather?

    In case of cancellation due to bad weather etc., we will contact you with the phone number or e-mail address you received when making the reservation, including correspondence. Please be sure to be prepared to contact us locally.

  • Can I participate alone?

    You can apply from one person. However, depending on the tour, the minimum number of participants may be set. Please feel free to contact us for reservation status.

About the Facility

  • Is there a locker?

    Yes, there is. Please do not carry valuables with you when you participate in the activity.

  • Do you have rental towels?

    Towels are not rented. Please bring a towel and participate.

  • I would like to take a shower after the activity is over.

    Guam Ocean Park is fully equipped with a shower room. Please use it at your favorite timing before the return bus boarding time.

  • Can I drink alcohol?

    Alcohol is sold at Guam Ocean Park. Please show staff an ID card (a copy of your passport, a country-issued driver's license, etc.) that will allow you to verify your date of birth at the time of purchase.

    Guam prohibits the sale of alcohol to persons under the age of 21 by law. In addition, we will wear a wristband different from the one at the time of admission for those who drink alcohol. Please note that you cannot participate in activities after drinking alcohol.

  • Please sign the application form and confirmation before each course.
  • All equipment required for the course is rented free of charge, but in case of damage or loss due to the customer's negligence, we will charge you at the actual cost.
  • Playing in the sea is very sensitive to weather conditions. Please note that the event may be canceled if it is judged that the weather or sea conditions are not suitable.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Before 5 pm, 2 days prior to the tour date: No charge.
  2. After 5 pm, 2 days prior to the tour date: 50% charge of the total tour fee.
  3. After 5 pm, on the day prior to the tour date or no-show: 100% charge of the total tour fee.

If the reservation is made within the above time, the cancellation fee will be applied from the time the reservation is made. Please be aware that cancellation fee will be incurred for date/time changes or reduction in participants.

In principle, the above cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations due to customer convenience. Since the capacity of the ship is fixed, we may refuse inquiries from other customers. If you have a schedule and it is difficult to participate in the course, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • It will be set for cancellation due to customer's convenience.
  • This does not apply when the tour is canceled due to weather conditions.
